Citadel Outlet's 14th Annual Tree Lighting

KSOLE and I had the pleasure of viewing the 14th Annual Tree Lighting event hosted at Citadel Outlets last week. The event included musical performances by Sabrina Carpenter, Madison Beer, and Laura Marano. Hosted by the 104.3 MYFM crew including Mario Lopez and Fox 11 news anchors Tony McEwing and Maria Samson. Special guest appearance by Jiff the Pom was also included.

We started off with a quick press interview with the adorably sweet Madison Beer, who was discovered and given the big opportunity by Justin Bieber. We chatted about her favorite trends, what her style says about her, and if she has a daily stylist. Check out the interview below:

L: Hi! I'm a fashion and lifestyle blogger and I just wanted to ask you, what are you favorite trends for this season?
M: Oh really? You have great style! I love the knee high boots with the big sweaters and t-shirts.
L: I love those (points to her boots). Who are they by?
M: These are Stuart Weitzman. I don't know, I believe so. I have these fishnet bow ties underneath them. But I'm obsessed with the big sweaters or the big t-shirts with the thigh highs, that's my favorite trend.
L: I know you're always busy so do you have an everyday stylist?
M: No, I'm super normal and low-key when it comes to that. I don't like having someone else styling me but for events I have a stylist that helps me out. Everyday basis I style myself though.
L: I know clothes is used as an expression for yourself. What do you think your style says about you?
M: Today I'm very girly and cutesy. I feel like the black boots add a little more of the color and I'm adding on black gloves for the performance. My style is edgy but some days I'm girly.
L: It's whatever you feel like at the time?
M: Yeah
L: Great, awesome! Thank you so much. You are so sweet!
M: Thank you, you too!

It was a great time with such a lively crowd. I loved counting down to the tree lighting and seeing everyone in the holiday spirit. Thank you Citadel for having us!
