"If I ain't the greatest then I'm headed for it"

(If you don't know this song then you have been living under a rock. Hint: Drake.

Playing with black and white and a mix of fabrications for this look. From the hat to the shoes, there are several contrasting statements made within this look. It's an outfit that speaks to my personality and my style, as I can go from girly to edgy (if you haven't noticed from my posts alerady). I love dresses and rompers but I also adore joggers, sweatpants and loose shirts.

DrJays.com is a street wear/urban online retailer for men and women, plus size and children. They carry brands such as New Balance, Adidas, Stussy and Paperdoll. I am a huge advocate of comfortable clothes that do not require much maintenance, especially in this heat so I was naturally drawn by the styles listed and I do love street wear!

These leather shorts are not only comfortable, they are also perfect for a clumsy person like me because you can easily wipe away (most) damages. I paired the Motel Ava shorts with this Baby Phat mesh back crop top. Yep, Baby Phat is still around. Of course I had to add on the hat from SIXX Appeal as I love the print and I love a good snap back ;)

To add some "girly" touches, I threw on my black and white heels from Foreign Exchange and to keep the accessories to a minimum, I just wore my Daniel Wellington watch. Make sure to get yours for 15% off with my code "LisaLinh15" (valid until Sept. 15th).

This look is great for a kickback, BBQ, bar hopping or just a day out in LA. Mix and match fabrications to create a contrast look that's fun and comfortable! Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!
