20 minutes from the main town, Pachamama is a yoga retreat and boutique hotel in Todos Santos that is right by the water and is the perfect place to rest and unwind. With ocean views, an infinity pool, zen communal kitchen, and hammock lounge, you’ll not only disconnect from the world but you’ll even forget that your phone exists.

The last time I was in La Paz was in 2018 and since then, this town has somehow gotten more beautiful. The sunsets in La Paz are magical, they leave you speechless. The local cuisine will have you questioning why you haven’t been eating these dishes before. The people are beyond kind and the activities we did each day left me full and happy. There is just so much to do, to explore, and discover in La Paz that I know that I’ll be back for a 3rd trip soon.

Located in a beautiful little town known as Rosarito, is a vacation “home” that’ll leave you feeling refreshed and well-rested. I say “home” because Native Residence is not exactly your average hotel or vacation rental. There are 5 casas on-site (with one more being added right now), each with a unique layout, a common kitchen area, and the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet — Poncho.

Simple enough to comprehend but harder to actually find. What constitutes as a happy place? Does it have to be a real place? How do you know if it’s your happy place? Why is it important to have one?

Encompassing 45 acres, the Fairmont Mayakoba offers 27, 710 sq. of exploration with two outdoor event lawns, 18-hole golf course, and 401 rooms/suites. There are 6 options for dining, which includes poolside and beach service, 24-hour in-room dining, and 37,000 square foot spa featuring 20 treatment rooms. There is also a mineral pool on the rooftop of the spa and they also house stingless bees. Fitness center and beauty salon are also offered on the property.

Just 90 minutes outside of Cabo is a town that is such a hidden gem that I’m reluctant to really share it. However, to keep it to myself would be a shame as La Paz is a place that everyone should experience at least once. While Cabo is known for large resorts and a lively night scene, La Paz is the complete opposite and is best for those who want a real adventure.

Punta Mita is a gated peninsula, secluded and protected by a security booth at the front of the entrance. Beyond these gates was our home for the four days, the Four Seasons. The drive through the peninsula was filled with palm trees and an amazing ocean view, which our driver paused briefly to allow us to admire it. Upon arriving at the hotel we were taken aback by how large the property really is. 

Located just 30 minutes outside of Cabo San Lucas is the Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Resort, which features a gorgeous infinity pool, several dining options, and of course, endless ocean views from your room.

Located in San Jose del Cabo, Krystal Grand Los Cabos hotel is made for lovers, families, and anyone looking for a relaxing time. From the drinks to the tacos to the variety of dining options, Krystal Grand Los Cabos is the beachfront resort you'll call your "home away from home." 

It was my very first time on a cruise and my first time in Cabo. In an effort to pack lightly, I actually under packed for the trip and had to borrow clothes from KSOLE, hah. Our cabin was spacious and yes, we ate a lot! I'll miss the delicious deserts but I am definitely taking a break from steak for awhile. Overall, we had a great time but are happy to be back home and I certainly do not miss the motion sickness!
